Tadalafil acts by blocking the PDE5 enzyme, which breaks down cyclic Guanosine Monophosphate (cGMP) in penile blood vessels. Femalefil inhibits PDE5, which helps sustain higher cGMP levels, leading to the relaxation of pelvic region smooth muscle. This, in turn, enhances blood flow, leading to vaginal engorgement and arousal.

The prescribed dosage is one 10 mg tablet, taken orally with water, usually 30-60 minutes before sexual activity. Do not have more than one pill in 24 hours. Since the medication is to be used as needed, a missed dosage is not applicable in this case.
